Introduction
1.The equipment utilizes a sectional conveyor system: the front section features a PTFE slat chain belt to prevent material adhesion, while the rear section employs a B-type wire mesh belt to ensure superior frying penetration.
2.A fume collection hood mounted above allows for direct connection to the exhaust duct, ensuring a fume-free production environment; the equipment can also be optionally fitted with a CO2 fire suppression system.
3.Paired with a gantry lifting system, its unique structure ensures the stability of the frying tank and related components, guarantees smooth equipment operation, and facilitates maintenance and cleaning.

4.Triple filtration system, automatic sludge scraping system, oil filtration machine, and oil storage tank—ensuring the oil remains clear.
5.The equipment features a PLC central control system and a separate electrical cabinet with a digital temperature controller; real-time display of the frying temperature ensures consistent heat, resulting in uniform product color. The centralized control unit makes operation simple.
