The equipment supports various heating methods, including electric heating, natural gas, and thermal oil. It features high-efficiency heat transfer components and utilizes zoned temperature control technology to precisely regulate oil temperatures across different sections, ensuring consistent food color and texture. Additionally, it is equipped with safety features such as intelligent digital temperature control, over-temperature alarms, and emergency stop functions to guarantee a safe and reliable production process.
The system utilizes PTFE-coated mesh belts for product transport to prevent sticking and supports variable-frequency stepless speed control, allowing frying times to be flexibly adjusted based on specific food processing requirements. For foods prone to floating, a dual-layer (top and bottom) mesh belt design is often employed to sandwich the product, ensuring uniform heating. The equipment can be equipped with a dynamic circulating filtration system and a sediment removal mechanism to continuously discharge food residues generated during frying. This not only prevents residues from carbonizing and turning black at high temperatures but also effectively lowers the oil's acid value, thereby extending the service life of the frying oil.
